Silversea offers new Australia cruise in 2011
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a cruise line offer a circumnavigation of Australia cruise. In January, 2011, Silversea is doing just that, with a 30-day cruise, roundtrip from Sydney. Silver Shadow’s itinerary will call on Brisbane, Whitsunday Islands, Great Barrier Reef, Port Douglas, Cooktown, Darwin, Broome, Exmouth, Perth, Albany, Port Lincoln, Adelaide, Geelong, Melbourne and Hobart.
Presently, only Orion Expeditions offers exciting adventure cruises for discerning travelers in northern Australia. But for world travelers, and those that have circumnavigated other continents, like South America, Silversea’s Australia voyage is an exciting opportunity.
In addition to Silversea’s exclusive shore excursions, overnight land excursions will be available to those wishing to immerse themselves in remote areas, such as the Outback.
Silversea Cruises is an all-inclusive experience offering gourmet cuisine courtesy of Relais & Châteaux, fine wines and spirits and world-class entertainment. As we do with all Silversea cruises, exclusive amenities are included.
