What an interesting trip! Loved Hong Kong! I stayed at the InterContinental right on the water and it was fabulous! My room had the BEST harbor view I have ever seen! In my opinion there is nowhere else to stay in Hong Kong!

Juneau is a popular port of call in Southeast Alaska, and gateway to Glacier Bay National Park on most cruise itineraries. No roads lead to Juneau! While Juneau is the Capital of Alaska, the only to get here is by sea or air. Just across the bay is the headquarters for Glacier Bay National Park.

I’ve just returned from four days on Holland America Line’s new Eurodam, the first in a new “Signature” class of cruise ships for the line. Eurodam is larger than the last series of Holland America’s “Vista” class ships. Eurodam carries up to 2,104 passengers.
